- CHECK IN TIME is 3:00-7:00pm.
If you will be arriving later than 7pm, please call ahead and let us know. CHECK OUT TIME on your day of departure is 11:00am.
- DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
At the time of making your reservations; a
pre-payment of one (1) night, will guarantee your reservation. We accept Cash, travelers checks, Visa, Discover Card, and MasterCard. The deposit is required within seven days of making the reservation. Because of our small Bed and Breakfast, cancellations affect us significantly, and we do not overbook as large hotels do. Therefore, we do enforce our
cancellation policy. If you cancel prior to 14 days, you will be refunded the full amount,
less a $10.00 processing fee. If you cancel less than 14 days, you are financially responsible for any nights not rebooked. The only exceptions are if the airports are closed or if state police advise against travel due to weather. Otherwise we expect you to honor your reservation.
- Rooms are double occupancy and each additional guest is $25.00.
- This is a non-smoking Bed and Breakfast. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside
- Payment in full is expected at check in.
- Hilltop Manor is not appropriate for children under 12
- We cannot accommodate guest’s pets
