Check-In time for the Manor is 3:00 pm-6:00 pm.  If you will be arriving after 6:00 pm, please let us know when booking the reservation (or shortly after) in order for us to make proper arrangements.  If your plans change and need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask to let us know 14 days prior to the arrival date.  A deposit of $50 deposit is held when making the reservation.  If proper notice (14days) is not provided, the $50.00 deposit (per room) will be charged, along with the balance of the room.

 

Rules & Regulations

 

Check-In/Out:  Check-In for the Manor begins promptly at 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm.  Check-Out for the Manor begins promptly at 11:00 am.  If you are unable to meet either one of the Check times please consult with the Owners/Innkeeper to discuss additional arrangements.

 

Please Note: The Manor is a historic home and does not an elevator. Suites are accessible by stairs only.

 

Consideration of others:  Please display common courtesy while on the premises.  Be respectful, and considerate.             If you enter the Manor after hours, please enter peacefully.

Children:  Children 14 years and older are permitted at the Manor.

Pets: Absolutely no pets allowed at the Hilltop Manor Bed & Breakfast.

Non-Guest Visitors:  No strangers permitted, scheduled Guests only, unless discussed with Owners/Innkeeper.

Smoking:  Smoking is NOT permitted within the Manor public area, or Suites.   There are smoking areas available  outside near the driveway. Please do not toss out cigarettes freely, use the cigarette disposals provided.

Alcohol: Alcohol consumption is permitted on the premises. You may bring your own alcoholic beverage onto the property. Please maintain appropriate behavior.  Drunk & disorderly conduct is however prohibited, and will result in removal from the property. 

Housekeeping:  Cleaning begins promptly following checkout at 11:00 am.  Turn down service begins promptly at 5pm, unless otherwise discussed with Owners/Innkeeper.

Internet:  There is free Wi-Fi available on the premises.

Breakfast:  Breakfast will be served promptly between the hours of 9:00 am -11:00 am, unless otherwise requested.  Ask Innkeeper for details.

Guest Access:  Guests are permitted on outside grounds, front porch, parlor, living room, dining room, and rented suite.  However, guests are NOT allowed in the kitchen area, unless otherwise discussed with the Owners/Innkeeper.  Doors & rooms will be marked accordingly.  Guests have keys for room, and for entering (front door).  Keep keys with Guests at all times for access into the B&B.  Please lock up when coming and going. 

Parking:  Permitted in driveway, or street.  Please do NOT block Swan Ally, located next to drive way.
